Our Happy Coloc’ team offers a premium living situation, fully furnished and ready to welcome you during your stay in the area ! Whether you came for your studies or work, rest assured we will make you feel at home in no time. the place to be, and to bond with your roommates ! Here you’ll find a table and sits for up to 4 people to share breakfast or diner. Fully furnished with a washing machine & tumbler drier, fridge & freezer, oven & microwave, induction hob & range hood as well as a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, dishes, iron… all that’s left for you to do is follow your stomach and cook yourself a delicious meal !

Italian shower, towel drier (one towel is furnished for each roommate), and space for your to organise your personal belongings.
